28th Amendment NOW ERA Postcards

ERA Postcard Mission - actions to take below!

We are asking the administration to keep the promises made in their campaigns to support the ERA:

To direct the National Archivist to PUBLISH VIRGINIA’S RATIFICATION, thus reaching the required 38 states for passage of the 28th Amendment.

We are asking AG Garland:

To instruct the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel to rescind its January 6, 2020 advisory opinion regarding the ratification of the ERA, so that the US Archivist may fulfill his duty to publish the ERA.

You can send ERA postcards to your U.S. Senators:

Ask them to cosponsor S.J.Res.1 - A joint resolution removing the deadline for the ratification of the equal rights amendment. Look up your Senators here.
